When you contact Cocooned through this website, we may collect:

Cocooned does not collect credit card, banking or other payment information through its website forms.

How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our contact forms is used to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about Cocooned products or services in which you have expressed an interest.
If you separately subscribe to the Cocooned mailing list, your contact information will be used to send occasional information about new products, collections and other Cocooned news.
Joining the mailing list is optional. You may unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time.
How We Collect and Store Your Information
Information is provided directly by you when you complete a form on CocoonedClothing.com.
The website is operated using WordPress and hosted by Bluehost. Contact forms are operated using Contact Form 7. Information submitted through the website may therefore be processed through the website and its hosting infrastructure before being forwarded to Cocooned.
Correspondence and mailing-list information may also be stored using Apple iCloud email services.
Service Providers and Overseas Processing
Cocooned uses third-party technology providers to operate the website and email services, including:

- Bluehost, for website hosting;
- WordPress and Contact Form 7, for operation of the website and online forms; and
- Apple/iCloud, for email and electronic storage.
As these services are provided by organizations operating outside Bermuda, personal information may be processed or stored outside Bermuda in connection with providing website hosting, email and related technology services.
Cocooned does not sell personal information or provide personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Security
Cocooned takes reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Information relating to an enquiry will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, or meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
Mailing-list information will be retained until you unsubscribe or ask Cocooned to remove you from the mailing list.
